IA Sportwear — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped. Note: Processing time is separate from transit/shipping time.

2.Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

3.Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. IA Sportwear is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address. If a package is returned to our facility, the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs to have the item reshipped.

4.USPS Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

IA Sportwear is not legally or financially liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package is handed over and scanned by the postal service, ownership and full responsibility transfer entirely to the carrier and the buyer. IA Sportwear is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS that are stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, you must file a formal claim directly with USPS using your provided tracking number.
