IA Sportwear — Exchange & Shipping Policy
Important Notice: All Sales Are Final IA Sportwear does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. We strictly operate on an Exchange-Only Policy for items requiring a different size. The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange.
1. Size Exchanges
If your apparel does not fit perfectly, we are happy to exchange it for a different size of the exact same item (subject to stock availability). To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all product tags fully attached.

The item must be free of any signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, or deodorant marks.
Note: If an item is returned to us used, damaged, or without its original packaging, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
2. Exchange Shipping Costs
The customer (buyer) is strictly responsible for all shipping fees involved in the exchange process. This includes:

The cost of shipping the original item back to our warehouse.

The cost of shipping the new size back to the customer's address.
IA Sportwear does not provide prepaid shipping labels or cover transportation costs for size corrections.
3. Exchange Window
You must initiate your size exchange request within 7 days from the date your package was delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Request an Exchange
To start the process, please contact our support team at iasportwear.oficial@gmail.com with your order number and the specific size you need. Our team will provide the return address and instructions on how to clear the shipping costs.
5. Shipping & Lost Packages Disclaimer
IA Sportwear is not responsible or liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other postal carrier. Once the package is accepted by the carrier, the shipment is entirely outside of our control. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
