I received a faulty item, what do i do?
We really sorry to hear that you have received an item that’s not in its perfect condition. Please contact us by e-mail: [email protected] and include the following information:

Put your code into the ‘promo code” box at the checkout page and hit apply.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order at GLS homepage, insert our tracking number you received with the e-mail.
New Account / Wishlist
You can as a customer make an account for free. Every time you order from us again, the computer will remember all your contact information, and it will be added automatically.
Wishlist is a good thing if you want the product, but still looking around for other products. Wishlist makes sure that you don’t miss the product, or spend time finding it again.
When will I receive my refund?
The day we receive your package, we will refund your billing, it can take up to 5-10 days.
Do you have free delivery?
Yes, we provide free delivery in Denmark. However, if we are shipping to Germany or Sweden, it will depend on the package weight. See more under shipping and delivery.

A license is granted under 2 years in accordance with the Purchasing Act. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product/service. A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. Return costs you will be responsible for.
